I formerly stay in a landed property. I sold my landed property and bought a re-sale HDB unit. I didn't receive any subsidy grant fr the govt since i owned a landed property. My question is - if I now sell my current HDB unit and buy another HDB unit, can I then seek subsidy grant from the govt?

Hi Mr Tan,

Yes you will still be eligible for the CPF housing grant as you did not take any grant before previously. However, you will need to satisfy the criteria such as the income cap. You will also be eligible for the Proximity Housing Grant which does not have an income cap.
