I failed my bank loan with DBS bcos of my past credit history and i was on DMP before eventhough i settle all my outstanding amount now.
Anyone have any banker that experience the same situation but able to get home loan approve?
We have a household income of about $11k, plan to get an EC, still trying to get a bank loan.

Hi Mr Oscar,

Once you have settled all your outstanding loan, your DMP should be taken off. As for whether able to get bank loan, I have help you checked with my banker, its really a case to case basic... But first of all, your DMP should be taken away first after you clear your outstanding amount.

Hi Oscar,

You might want to speak to a few more bankers from the various banks, to see if they are possible to loan you the amount needed.
