I dont want to consider an EC cos i dont want to bite more than i can chew. Plus the reason to upgrade is cos i want a bigger space for my kids and parents. So is there any other EAs that have protruding balconies in the east/north east areas? ECs are rather small in space and doesnt fit my requirements.

1) Understand your reasons for choosing EA instead of EC now.
2) Will you consider engaging an agent to assist in your purchase?
