I do own private properties(no HDB units). If my mother wills her HDB property to all her children, can I take a LOAN and pay off my siblings if I choose to keep my mother's unit? In short, can I inherit a HDB unit through a WILL? Tks

Evening,

Under a WILL, your siblings, including you, would most likely be the executer or assignee, unless stated otherwise within the WILL. To buy over the shares from your siblings would indirectly mean that you are building a HDB flat, hence you will be required to sell off your private property.
