I do not owe any property during my marriage (current HDB is fully under my spouse name). After divorce, am I still considered as a first timer if I buy a BTO / resale? Any further subsidies if I add in my son's name (2yo) ?

Hi,

Since you do not own an HDB flat, you will be considered a first-timer.

If you were to apply for a BTO flat, you can get up to $80,000 in Enhanced CPF Housing Grant under the Public Scheme with your son. You must have legal custody, care and control of your son to be eligible.

For a resale flat you can get up to $160,000 in CPF Housing Grants.
