I divorcee n bought over share n this flat is under my name . I remarry so I only add my husband as occupant but I am the only one paid this flat. Recently I sold this flat so must I open joint account for cash sales ? Or I can use my personal account

As your husband is not a joint owner, you should be receiving the sales proceeds in your sole name, thus you can deposit the proceed into your personal account.

As the property is under your sole name ownership, the cheque will be issued to your sole name only and you can use your personal account. May I know if you will be looking to get private property next?
