Hi,

1) You can only apply for BTO when your MOP of 5 years is completed. 2) Yes you can stay until you collect BTO keys. 3) You need to sell your current flat within 6 months of key collection to BTO.

Please also note that resale levy of 45K applies for your unit, which is on top of your BTO purchase price. Thanks and may I assist with anything further?

Evening,

You can start to apply for the BTO on the day when your MOP have being fulfilled. You will be required to sell away your current unit within 6 months from TOP of the BTO unit.

Do take note that you can only apply for BTO upon your MOP is fulfilled. You can continue to stay in current flat until you collect keys of your BTO. Lastly you will have to sell off current flat within 6 months from keys collection.
