I currently own a HDB flat with my parent. I'm looking into getting another HDB flat under the Singles scheme. Like to know if it's allowed?

Morning,

In order for you to purchase a HDB resale unit under single scheme, you need to remove your name from the current unit.
This would mean that your parent need to pay for the share which you had paid for, especially the component that you her paid using CPF.
With this hurdle cleared, then can we talk about your financing issue and buying of unit.
