I currently own a fully paid 5 room HDB flat in the Clementi area and we intend to buy a condominium. Is it possible to leave $69.5K in our SA and use the rest of the money to pay for a second property?

Evening Jimmy,

Beside having your CPF minimum sum set aside, you are also required to fulfill your HDB unit's MOP requirement. The rest would then be dependent on your credit and income status, which will decide what location and size you can look into.
