I currently own a 5-rm HDB in Bt Batok and have stayed in it for more than 5 years. There's an outstanding loan of about 60k (HDB loan).
I would like to know the calculations involved in selling the HDB if I intend to move to a private.
I know there are:
1) property agent fee (how many %?)
2) HDB transfer/stamp duties?
3) The interest incurred by the CPF used for the purchase of the flat
