I currently own a 5-rm HDB in Bt Batok and have stayed in it for more than 5 years. There's an outstanding loan of about 60k (HDB loan).

I would like to know the calculations involved in selling the HDB if I intend to move to a private.

I know there are:
1) property agent fee (how many %?)
2) HDB transfer/stamp duties?
3) The interest incurred by the CPF used for the purchase of the flat

What else are there?

Hi Johny,

You may find the the Stamp-Duty amount and the Interest incurred from your CPF Statement.

I am very familiar with the houses in the West area. Probably you may like to have a non-obligated meet-up so that I can explain more on the selling process and the amount you had used from your CPF.
