I currently jointly own an HDB flat with my wife. We are both SC. Plan to buy a condo solely under my name. Can I get refund of 7% ABSD if I dispose my HDB flat within six months after TOP?

Afternoon,

You might not be able to enjoy the relief as this is only applicable for married couple (with at least one SG) whose property are their first matrimonial house in SG.

Maybe you will like to check with IRAS?
