I currently hold two permanent jobs, first job requires me to work from Mon-Fri ($3500 per month) and second job requires me to work from Sat-Sun ($1000 per month). I am planning to get a 4-room resale flat next year and was wondering if i apply for HDB loan, will HDB consider both income ($4500) to grant me the max loan amount?

Afternoon Amelia,

HDB will grant loan based on your basic income, excluding commission, allowance and reimbursement, where applicable. You will also be accessed based on your credit record, your age and balance of lease.

Hi Amelia,

Yes its correct, as long as theres cpf contribution, the incomes will be factored in. If its on self-employment basis, typically the income will not be fully recognized.

May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Warm Regards,
