I currently am a joint tenant with my mother if I transfer total ownership to her can I then buy a DBSS or another resale flat by myself immediately or is there a waiting period

Morning,

To transfer the ownership to your mother, she's required to get fundings to return you the CPF component plus interest which you have paid for. Legal and Stamp fees applies.
