I came across an ad where a person is helping a couple to find flat in my area. Willing to pay $30K to $80K & immediately $5,000 deposit immediately. The buyer will bear commission (Inclusive of mine)

Just want to know can this be practise by agent?Seem very attractive that I can sell my property w/o paying commission.

Well said Perolyn. I certainly agreed with you.

Hi Mugen, with no offence, it is like saying you work for a company or for your boss, and your boss didn't pay you salary. It is very attractive for your boss to have you as his employee, that he can have workers working for him without paying salary. Would you do that? You certainly need a salary for living.

You may call up that agent who offered this service and if he can sell your house without getting commission from you, I salute him.
