Hi, you need not pay any commission since this is your own effort. And you can pay a small token to the seller agent as a form of appreciation for assisting you with the paperwork submission.

Hi,

Agent is not supposed to dual represent. If the Agent is taking commission from the Seller, he is not supposed to collect any sort of fees from you.

Seller Agent is only obliged to handle the paperwork for the Seller if he's taking commission from the Seller. But of course, he will have to ensure that the Buyer also did the paperwork correctly in order for the deal to go through.

I am experienced and well-versed in both private and HDB resale transactions. I will be able to assist you in your home purchase. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.
