Afternoon Yuki,

You are eligible to sell your current unit as your MOP is one year. However, for the purchase of BTO or DBSS, it would be dependent on your citizenship status. Only married couples who are SC + SC or SC + PR are eligible. If you are single, and / or earning more than the stipulated income ceiling, you will also not eligible for the selection.
