Morning MC,

Did you purchase your resale unit with bank loan, HDB loan without grant or with grant?
The MOP is 1, 2.5 and 5 respectively. And with current ruling, if you are PR, application to rent out entire unit is subjected to approval, even when you have fulfilled your MOP.

    I am SC and my current HDB flat is under bank loan without any hdb grant. So what MOP am I in? Still subject to approval?
