Hi Mix,

Your 1st HDB is direct from HDB or from open market?
If you bought it direct from HDB, then you will be consider as 2nd timer and you will not be entitle to any grant if you are getting a new EC.

New ECs launching soon are The Rainforest (EC @ CCK) on Jan 2012 and EC @ Punggol on Feb 2012.
