I bought a resale HDB (with housing grant + HDB loan) back in 2008 and currently only met 4 years of MOP instead of 5. I wish to purchase a new private property, any idea does HDB give exception for the MOP?
Think about this, if everyone who only meet 3-4 years MOP come knocking at HDB asking to waive off so they can buy new properties, do you think HDB will allow?
The regulations are in place to be followed. Unless you have very valid reason, else i can't see HDB giving an exception.
