I bought a resale HDB unit and submit resale application at this stage,
I was told no one is living in the unit when I buy
But recently when I visit the unit I saw tenants were living
Is this ok?

Hi Byun,

I remembered having similar experience when i brought my friend to purchase a HDB that is supposed to be vacant but we found out that someone moved in after that while the transaction was ongoing. We raised a feedback to the seller and explained our position and concern to seller and we were glad that the sellers understood our position and arranged for the occupants to move out almost immediately.
