I bought a resale flat in year 2009 Oct and took a HDB loan, I was told i could only sell the flat 2.5 years later. What is the earliest date I could start selling my flat.

Morning,

The minimum occupation period is calculated from the day you collect your keys. Technically, you should have collected you keys by Jan 2010. Thus, your MOP should be around July 2012.
Alternatively, you can enquire for your MOP via the HDB website, for a more accurate answer.
