I bought a resale flat in the open market 3 years ago. This is my 2nd resale flat.

Is there any minimum occupational period for me to sell my flat?

I'm having a hdb loan.

Hi Nazri,

Back in 2008, for resale HDB flat bought with HDB loan, your MOP is 2.5 years. This means you are eligible to sell your HDB flat now.
