I bought a HDB resale flat without any CPF grant with a bank loan last year (2011) . Am I eligible to book for an Executive Condominium? The HDB Website only mentioned those who bought resale flat with CPF Grant are required to have a 5 year MOP .

Evening Raj,

All HDB buyers are required to fulfill 5 years MOP after 29 Aug 2010. This is regardless of loan or grant status. Since your purchase date is later than the stated date, your MOP is 5 years.
