I bought a HDB resale flat 2 years ago with bank loan. I did not take CPF grant. If I want to apply for a new BTO flat with my PR wife, am I considered as a first timer? When do I need to sell my resale flat?

Evening,

If you have not purchased any new HDB unit or resale unit with grant, and you are SC, you are eligible to purchase new BTO units.
You are only required to sell your existing unit 6 months from key collection of the new BTO unit.
