I bought a HDB flat directly from HDB second time and I am taking up bank loan. My question is when can I sell this unit?

Afternoon Thomas,

If you purchase a HDB unit directly from HDB, you have to fulfill a minimum occupation period of 5 years before you are able to sell it off.

May I know when did you collect the keys for your unit?

Afternoon Thomas,

All direct purchase from HDB have a 5 years MOP requirement. Upon filfilling such requirements, you are eligible to sell and move-on to prvivate properties.
