Good afternoon, as you currently has an outstanding loan. Banks only loan up to 50% thus downpayment will be 25% cash and 25% cpf oa funds or cash if shortfall. Do take note that you only can use the excess cpf oa funds after keeping a minimum sum of $74k in your cpf oa + sa accounts. You will be subject to absd as well. Last of all, if you are a spr household, you have to sell off your hdb within 6 months from private property completion date.
