Hi,

Please do note that you are affected by the 3 years holding period of Seller's Stamp Duty.

For buying resale HDB flat, you just need to sell off your Pte property within 6mth upon purchase.

Evening,

Was your condo a resale or new launch? Did you sign the S&P on Nov 2010, for new project, or complete the transaction on Nov 2010. This will make a major difference in the response, because they involve seller's stamp duty, of different rate and percentage.
If you are comfortable with the stamp duty, you are eligible to purchase resale HDB, with bank loan, if you are SC, 35 year old and above.
