i bought a condo last Nov. If i want to sell away upon TOP, which is soon, am i able to buy a HDB flat straightaway or do i have to wait til yrs later??

Evening,

As you have purchased the condo last Nov, you will be affected by the Seller's Stamp Duty.
If you are buying resale HDB, using Bank Loan, you can start hunting, when you know you completion schedule for the sales of your condo.

thank u Mike for the reply. Now im glad i can buy a resale HDB straight away after selling off the condo as i tot need to wait for 2yrs.
