I bought a BTO flat in Jan 2009 and i will move to China to work for a few years. May I know if i can apply to HDB to sublet my whole flat as i have not fulfill the MOP of 5 years? Thank you!

Afternoon Lim,

If you have the necessary company documents to indicate that you have be assigned overseas for work, you can apply from HDB for special approval on rental.
