Hi,

To follow up on your enquiry, may I know when did you exercise the OTP for your current flat? If its on or after 30 August 2010 onwards, the MOP for resale flats would be 5 years. The link below will clarify.

Evening,

3 years MOP is only applicable for HDB unit purchased before 30 Aug 2010, without grant. Any other HDB unit purchase after that, with or without grant, will require to fulfill MOP of 5 years.

It depends on the purchase date of the resale HDB. Unless you purchase without a CPF housing grant before 30 Aug 2010, it will be 3 years. If not, it will be 5 years for both BTO and resale HDB.
