I apply for 3 room hdb loan they have approve for $133,900 dollars and my cpf $113,000 dollars. total up is $246,900.For the market price for is around $300,000. I have appeal to hdb for higer loan. they told me for higer loan you have to top cash. they look on my bank saving account, There's no saving.They want to see for 6 months . How much can i save money in bank a month. Although i am a bankruptcy. please advice. do i need to take a agent.
