I and my wife currently co-own a 5 Room HDB brought from open market, would like to check if am I eligible to by another smaller HDB unit under my name for my parents.

Hi,

Everyone is only able to own one HDB flat, thus you are not able to do that.

Morning,

As per William's statement, all Singaporean are only entitled to one HDB property, under their name. With your enquires, if you are looking to purchase another HDB unit under your parent's name but you are the one paying for the mortgage, via cash, you will have to check with the banker on your credit assessment.
