I and my spouse are Singaporeans and currently we are owing a resale HDB flat bougt in open market in 2012 and now completed 3 years. Can I book a BTO flat now, before MOP 5 years satisfied?

Good morning,

Sorry to inform you that you have to fulfil your minimum occupation period of 5 years first before you can apply for a BTO.

Unfortunately you can't book any BTO before MOP of 5 years is met. Thanks and hope it clarifies.
