I and my spouse are SC since last one year.
We wish to buy an HDB and want to avail HDB loan.
My spouse is unemployed since last 5 months and i am working with a monthly income of 4.5k SGD.

Am i eligible for HDB subsidised loan?

Hi,

Yes you are eligible. Ideally, you should apply for HLE first to find out how much hdb loan you can attain before viewings. Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans further.
