I and my sister are single SPR , can we buy a HDB together?

Hi,
Nope only married SPR couple where each has held SPR status for 3 years can apply for hdb. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Unfortunately no. For SPR, only married couples are allowed to buy a resale HDB together. You may wish to take your attention to private condos if it is within your comfortable budget.

There are basically 2 types of scheme under HDB that allows SPR to purchase a resale HDB flat:
(1) Public scheme: This is referring to married couple with or without children.
(2) Fiance/Finacee scheme: Intended married couple.
There will be more option if there is a SC involved.
Thus either one of you convert to SC or marry a SC. There is no possibility to buy a HDB flat under your current situation.
