I and my hunsband PR singapore just 1 year,we're cpf just lest then 10,000 because salary my hunsband 2200 and me 1750+oT.Question.1.how to buy resale hdb.2.what stap to do for 1st one.3.If realy don'thave cash can lond all or not.4.we're thai sometime don't understand english cleary go to web hdb gov already but still don't understand we can buy or not.5.If realy use money how much mush prepare.thanyou
