I and my brother are working in Singapore in EP. We are planning to stay together with our family. But when I search for the HDB rules, there is a restriction that only 6 people can stay in a 4 room flat.

I
My Wife
My two kids (2)
My Brother
My Brothers Wife
My Brothers Kid (1)

But totally we are 7 peoples. But I also read a few articles that, the limit of 6 is not applicable for family members. Please can I have some suggestion around this?
