I am working continuously for the past 12 months and my fiance is going to start work this December. I have already gotten my HLE letter which is based on my salary. Can we apply for another HLE letter 1 month after my fiance starts work? Will that increase the loan amount or is there any time frame to wait to apply for another HLE letter?

Hi
I am assuming you are looking to increase your loan eligible amount. You may not apply for another HLE till 1 week before the date of expiry. What you can do after your fiance has start work is to appeal to HDB for a higher HLE amount.
