May I know if you have gotten any BTO flats or resale HDB with housing grants before?

Given your scenario, you should be applying under Public Scheme where you will be eligible for BTO 4 room flat. As extracted out from HDB site (https://www.hdb.gov.sg/cs/infoweb/residential/buying-a-flat/flat-and-grant-eligibility/couples-and-families?anchor=pa):

Your household must comprise 1 of the following groups:

You, your spouse and child(ren)
You, your parents and siblings. If you are an unmarried/ widowed/ divorced SC buying a flat with parents, at least one of your parents must be an SC or SPR.
You and your child(ren) under your legal custody, care and control (for widowed/ divorced persons). If the care and control of your child is shared with your ex-spouse, you must obtain his/ her written agreement before you may list your child in a flat application. If you face difficulties in obtaining the agreement, please share your situation and your finalised divorce documents with us via our e-Feedback form.

Hi Geralyn,

1) Yes, you shall be eligible to apply for a BTO 4-rm flat as long as you did not enjoy govt subsidy more than 2 times.
2) Your daughter has to be a co-applicant to be eligible under the Public Scheme.
3) Your daughter cannot be an owner of the flat since she is under the legal age of 21 and thus can only be listed as an occupier.

Hi Geralyn,

If you have not taken 2 housing subsidies before, and your monthly household income is $14k or less, yes its possible to apply the new BTO. However do note your daughter has to be essential occupier and both of you have to fulfil the 5 year MOP period as well.
