I am waiting for the keys of my BTO but i would like to cancel and buy a resale HDB now. Is it possible? What are my losses? Any waiting period?

Afternoon, To cancel your BTO application, it's likely that you will lose your deposit and only max of 5% will be returned to you. As for this, you will have to check with HDB.
