I am very stress weather to commit to a 3room flat in circuit road because the cov offer was around 20k so low that I am afraid that there'll be some hidden problem. My other agent friend said that such prices are very skeptical.
Sorry I am a 1st time buyer, very inexperience to decide.

Morning,

Is the COV within your working budget? Why don't ask your salesperson to look out for possible tell tales signs? Low COV doesn't warrant hidden problems. Buyers always want low or zero COV but when they get it, they get worried. You need to clear your thoughts on what you want.
