Yes, your existing OA can be utilised for the home purchase. Nevertheless i strongly urge you to plan out your usage of CPF funds prudently given that the objective of CPF funds is meant mainly for your retirement usage. If you are indeed deciding to proceed in clearing off your CPF funds for the next home purchase, then the entire process needs to be done before you turn 55.
