Don't worry about any income ceiling.
There is no income ceiling unless you are applying for CPF Housing Grant or an HDB Loan. So I recommend that if you have such an issue, go for a bank loan instead.

You cannot own any private property or property investments overseas like land banking etc.

However COVs are still on the way down. We anticipate that they will continue to slide. Let me know how I can assist and advise you which are the better locations to look at - that is if you have no specific preference.

Since you are looking at purchase of resale HDB unit under single scheme, there is no restriction unless you intend to utilize HDB loan.

HI QNS,

If you income is above $5k, you would need to take a bank loan. If it is less than that, you are eligible for HDB loan and Single Grant of $15k.
