Hi
The main reason why you were probably advised to do your sourcing after you reach 35 years of age was that you cannot commit to the transaction if you found a home you like. It will be a waste of your resources ie time, money and emotion as by then you are ready, the home you like will not be available.
However, you may start with your desk research to define the location that you like to stay. Most Singaporean who is for the first time looking for a home ie never ever rented or purchase a home takes a long time to commit comparing with an SPR.
You may, of course, visit the estate to get a feel of the estate.
To be productive in your home hunting, you may start earliest a week before reaching 35 years to view physically the home.
