You can only "register your intent to buy" and commit to a purchase when you have turned 35 years old.

However, you can still start to shortlist suitable units, so that you will be able to commit once you turned 35 in 2 months time.

I will assume that you are a Singaporean buying under single singapore citizen scheme.

Do take note that you can only register intent to buy as buyer and commit to a purchase upon turning 35 years old which is 2 months later.

We will sort out your budget first for the start then search for suitable units probably 2 to 4 weeks before you turn 35 years old so you wont get disappointed if you see something you like but unable to commit on it yet.
