Hi Alex,

If I remember correctly, you posted a question before asking about COV for 5rm along clementi avenue 6.

I replied saying no 5rm transactions for past 1 year so difficult to estimate the selling price. But I did mentioned COV probably $50k and above.

If you base on the 4rm transactions there, blk 201 4NG 91sqm located between level 11 - 15, was sold at $523k in Nov 2011. If you do a simple price estimation, for your 5rm 123sqm, it will work out to be $707k.

I am not saying you will definitely get this price because it will depend on the actual valuation of your unit, and the level, facing and condition of your flat.
