3. Solicitors Professional fees

items 2 and 3 will be ranged between 0.3% to 0.6% of property price.

3. Transfer duty is referred to stamp duty in singapore's context. Its answered in the above.

4. It is a common practice not to accept agent fees from buyers and the fees will be split with the seller's agent/taken from seller for sole agency.
