1) Your application of BTO was never materialized right from the beginning because eventually, you had only bought a resale flat.
2) Now after the MOP of the current bought resale flat, the system is telling you that you are not eligible for any BTO application.
3) The above is my understanding of your current situation. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
4) I suspect there is confusion in the system on your status because even you had enjoyed grants for your resale flat you are still eligible for a BTO flat.
