I am the sole SC owner of 4 rm HDB still under MOP . If i let my friend (wp holder working in sg) stay with me for free for long term eg 2 yrs:
- any legal issues?
-do i need to list my fren as occupier with hdb?
- Or just go police station change nric address will do?

Hi, it will be fine as long as your friend’s working pass and permit is legal.
