Hi Fauzi

You can upgrade to a bigger unit as long as you fulfill the Minimum Occupation Period.

However, you will have to dispose of your private property within six months of the effective date of purchase of your next non-subsidised resale flat.

This applies to private residential properties located in Singapore or overseas.

Morning Fauzi,

I would echo Inn Tian's statement. As you have fulfilled the MOP, you are eligible to upgrade or downgrade. However, you are to remove your name from your private properties, in and out of Singapore, within 6 months of key collection.
